Topic #4

          I personally would prefer to choose French as a third language. It's known as one of the romantic languages, which was developed from latin in the six and ninth centuries. Now French is an official language in 29 countries. I think It's an elegant and classy language among world languages. When I hear people speak French I get the curiosity to understand and learn more about it. Moreover, both my father and my sister are speaking French which give me the motive to learn it in future.

Topic #3

          If I have the choice to choose between fame, money, or power, I would choose money. Being famous is annoying sometimes, because you have to deal with paparazzi. People also may make rumors about you, which is not good. Having power can also be irritating. Because you will be busy all the time and you cannot find some leisure time to spend with your family or loved ones. But when you have money, you shouldn’t be famous, and you shouldn’t be busy. You can enjoy your life with your fortune, and share it with your family.

Summer 2010

 

          My brother, Nayef, was studying in the US since 2008, and he never back home to seeing us. During the summer 2010, my family decided that we will go to visit him, beside spend the holiday there. Nayef was waiting for us in the airport when we arrived. He looked very happy; my parents too. We visited many wonderful places; for example, Universal Studio, Disney land, and Sea World. It was a great holiday. I hope my family come to visit me next summer.J

 

Topic #2

       One of my ways to waste time is eating. Though I love eat, but there are a lot things that I cannot eat. For example, sea food, sushi, and insects. Once we were in a mediterranean restaurant,  my friend orderd lamb's tongue. she did not tell me what she ordered. When the lamb's tongue was in our table, it was like a meat. I took a peace and I ate it. After I am done eating, she told me what I just ate. I cannot explain what was my feeling that time!!

        My name is Almaha Alyabis. I am from Saudi Arabia, especially from Riyadh. I am 25 years old; however, I don’t look like that and I am happy. I am the biggest daughter in my family, and that’s make me take more responsibilities. Since I was child I am in love with animals, and I am always asking my parents to have a pit, but they didn’t allowed me to have any kind of pits. Know I am big enough to do any things I want and finally I have five cats yeey!

         My family and I were always coming to the U.S for vacation. Once when we were here my father suggests that I complete studying there. I liked his idea, and I directly worked for that. Know I am here with the ALP student to learn English, so that I can enter University to get a master’s degree. Wish me luck :D
